Fat cells back after CoolSculpting in 6 months, PAH-symptoms? (photos)

Question

I start to do Coolsculpting in 2012 on my lower abdomen and usually after 5-6 months fat back . I did once in year on the same area , so 6 times on my lower abdomen. Last time i did in August 2018 and now i have again belly the same or bigger , my weight gains on 2 kg also. How I can understand is it PAH or fat cell back because i didn’t make a lot of exercise and was strict in food? What are exactly symptoms of PAH - will belly grow and grow? I am not in the same country where I did CS, please help .

Without seeing your before and after photos, knowing your weight before and after the treatment, and seeing detailed notes of the service your practitioner performed, there is not enough information to determine why you are experiencing dissatisfaction with your results. 
CoolSculpting reduces 20-25% of fat in the treated area per treatment. What is important to note is that the remaining fat cells can enlarge and shrink depending on your lifestyle, i.e. diet and exercise.
I recommend contacting the office where you received your CoolSculpting treatment, requesting that they release your medical records, and bring those records in to a CoolSculpting practitioner near where you live so they can better assist you.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  Since you are out-of-the country of treatment, my advice would be to contact your practitioner for documentation of your procedure with photographs.  It is difficult to determine your result without this information.  Paradoxical hyperplasia is rare and is documented as a gradual development of a firmer enlargement of the treatment area.  Although I have not experienced this condition in my practice, the enlargement can be removed by means of a surgical procedure such as liposuction.  Best of luck.

Without seeing your before photos as a point of reference, it’s hard to say. You may want to contact the office you had your last treatments in even if they are outside the country. They should be able to still assist you or direct you to a local doctor you can see. PAH is a fairly rare side effect; but, I can happen to anyone. All offices that offer CoolSculpting should have protocols in place to diagnose and correct PAH
