Thanks for your inquiry and pictures. It appears like you may have a cyst or milk duct that is getting infected.  Since you have had a breast augmentation, I do think it is important to discuss this with your primary care doctor.  He/she may suggest you see a surgeon.  Good Luck.

Thank you for your question and photos.  I recommend that you be seen in person by your operating surgeon to be looked at to determine if you have an infection.  If so, you should be treated accordingly.  This is not normal several months after surgery.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

This looks like an infection that you should immediately have your doctor treat before it becomes a huge problem

It appears that you have had an infected Montgomery gland.  There is no relationship between infections of these specialized sebaceous glands and breast augmentation.  The resulting hole from the infection may improve with time. 

You may have a cyst or an infected milk duct. I would suggest being seen by your doctor and be treated.

It appears to be an inflammatory process leading to intermittent infections. Please see your physician for evaluation to determine the cause and a course of treatment.
