While it is routinely safe to have this much surgery, a human body when injured to this extent, will retain fluid. This fluid is held in our tissue and is often referred to as third spacing of fluid. When we third space fluid, we take it out of the bloodstream which gives us an effective dehydration. And even though we have extra fluid in our tissue, this fluid is not available to hydrate the majority of our bodies and brains. Therefore, the short answer to your question is, more than likely you are fluid depleted, i.e. dehydrated. At this point, I would call your plastic surgeon or your anesthesiologist to determine what you can do to alleviate your headaches and your probable dehydration. Please make these phone calls ASAP.
