I had a mommy makeover Feb 26, 2019. I would like a smaller waist and a little bigger butt. Not a big butt. What is the proper waiting period between the two procedures?

The answer is 90 days after a Mommy Makeover is the absolute perfect time to do a BBL.Extra blood vessels known as choke vessels have opened up to support the blood flow to the areas you had revised in what appears to have been an excellent first stage Mommy Makeover.  At 90 days, or approximately 3 months after the original surgery, your Board Certified plastic surgeon should be able to harvest most of the residual fat in your waist and abdomen with minimal chance of injury or complication.

Hello and thank you for your question. You should make sure your body has completely healed from your mommy makeover before electing to undergo more surgery. Both a mommy makeover and a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) incorporate liposuction, so you will need to wait for the initial swelling from your mommy makeover to subside before you receive more liposuction. In most cases, patients heal enough in six to nine months to undergo more surgery.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for a brazilian butt lift. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior.  Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person.You should wait at least 6 months to have the BBL in order to heal completely from the previous surgery.
That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Wait at least six months from your tummy tuck procedure to have a liposuction with fat transfer procedure as this will allow more time for the blood supply of the abdominal wall to normalize.
