What can be done about bump getting bigger on nose bridge? (Photos)

Hello! It is more likely you are seeing the swelling go down as opposed to seeing the bump grow. Your final shape and definition is becoming more apparent. If you are unhappy with it I would recommend following up with your rhinoplasty surgeon- options such as rasping the area down versus volumizing around it can be discussed. Good luck!

Hello.  The bump you're seeing is likely the exposure of underlying structure as swelling goes away, vs. something growing.  Make sure you see your surgeon for accurate exam and discussion of what can be done.  Sometimes a little filler can be a good solution vs. going back to the OR.  Take care.

Your surgeon should have (and most likely did) inform you that the nose can change as the healing progresses do to contracture, and decrease edema, this is part of the healing process . Please contact your surgeon to be evaluated and checked. There may be a fix for your concerns.
