Answer: Too soon to tell It is really too soon to tell anything about your final results. It can take 3-6 months. But cup size is never a good indicator of breast volume as they can vary greatly between bra manufacturers. Focus instead on the look of your breasts. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Answer: Post-Op Breast Augmentation Questions & Answers Thank you very much for your question and photographs. From your pictures, it would appear that your implants are very large for your chest size and frame. The implant size you chose will clearly result in a full D cup. However, it will take from three to six months for your implants to settle, and for the breast skin envelope to enlarge, so as to accommodate these high volume implants.

Answer: Cup Size and Implant Volume Hello,There is no equation that correlates implant volume to cup size, so don't expect anyone to give you a valid answer, unless of course they tell you what I'm telling you. Your implants are up to your shoulders right now. Give them 6 months and they will have dropped and fluffed. Best of luck.

Answer: I'm 5'1 & 125lbs. before :full A small B got 455cc high profile silicone implants. Any suggestions? I appreciate your question. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different rate. Rest, relax, recover and heal. Please Express your concerns to your surgeon so he/she can examine you. Then reassess at 6 months. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery. Best of luck! Dr. Schwartz

Answer: Breast Augmentation and Sizing Judging by your photos, it appears that you have a very nice result. The implants over time should drop and settle and fill the lower pole of your breasts. Generally, I tell my patients that at 2 months postop you will look good, and at 4 months times you will look great. It will take some time before your will be able to judge how big they really are.It is always difficult to give advice on sizing online, but judging by your height and weight, the implant sizes you currently have may be about the largest you could go. Yes, you can always put in larger implants, but usually it leads to further complications down the line.Hope that helps. Sit tight and assess your results in about 4 months times.
