I'm six months breast augmentation post op now and my scars are still read and noticeable, is it too late to use a silicone sheeting? I've been using Mederma the first few moths but I guess it did not work on me. If you think silicon sheeting would work, what brand would you recommend? I've heard about Cica Care.

Sadly, there is absolutely no scientific data to support your theory. My guess is that the weight gain is due to other factors. I am sorry that you are experiencing this. Best, Dr. Nazarian
