I had a BL/ BA w/ 425 saline moderate plus 5w ago. The L protrudes out much further than than the R and hurts constantly.

I know it is incredibly scary and frustrating to not see ideal results immediately, but even at 5 weeks, you are still in the early stages of healing. It can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal, the swelling to subside and your implants to drop/settle and it is very common for each breast to do so at a different rate. Without predicting that everything will turn out, at five weeks there is still considerable swelling and reshaping in front of you. Keep in touch with your plastic surgeon.

It often takes 3 months before your swelling has completely resolved and the implants have settled into their final position.  Therefore it is difficult to truly assess your breast issues at 5 weeks.  Waiting is always the most difficult part of the procedure but continue to follow up with your plastic surgeon and follow the recommendations.  Thanks and I hope this helps.
