I had a BL/ BA w/ 425 saline moderate plus 5w ago. The L protrudes out much further than than the R and hurts constantly.

I asked the dr to remove skin that was on the sides bc's bras pinched the skin and made it very uncomfortable. They are also very low in my opinion considering I had a lift. I Cant fit into any bras except sports bras because my breast are 2 different sizes, especially with one protruding way out. Saw Dr 2 days ago, said he hopes my left side will go in more and the right side will lift up more!! I don't see how that's possible for one side to magically "come up" where it should be.

No, what you are experiencing isn't normal in terms of recovery. Yes, the medications that you are taking can cause acid reflux but it could also be something else. If it doesn't improve, I would suggest a visit with your surgeon. Always best to err on the side of caution. Best, Dr. Nazarian

BRAVA causes swelling of your breasts.  It is temporary and wearing the system is very awkward.  this is not a replacement for a breast augmentation

Yes, you are still in the healing process. It can take up to 6 months. So, for now, be patient but if you are still unhappy with how things look at the 6 month mark, then schedule an appointment to speak with your surgeon. Best, Dr. Nazarian

It sounds as if you have a stitch issue and it is causing inflammation and irritation. Schedule an appointment with your surgeon so that he or she can assess in person. A steroid injection may clear it up. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Since your surgeon already removed a stitch from there, I would hazard a guess that this is simply the aftermath of a spitting suture. It will heal in time. Best, Dr. Nazarian
