I have an excessively long philtrum at 18mm. I also feel as if it’s shaped oddly (very wide) compared to most I’ve seen. I have long wanted a lip lift but have read that 5-6” mm is the maximum. I don’t want my mouth to be permanently open and I also already have a large lower lip that I don’t want to accentuate. Is there a surgical solution for this?

Greetings thanks for your question and photos,
you are a perfect candidate for a liplift surgery to reduce the space between your nose and lips. ANd some Lipfiller can help you out aswell.
Hello madame, thank you for your question. Yes, lip lift is necessary, but your nose may drop a bit after lip lift surgery. Your nose may look a little wider because of this. Therefore, if you do a supported lip lift to your nose, you are likely to get a better result.
