I'm looking to harmonize my facial features for a better aesthetic. I've extracted teeth and gotten braces twice to push back my lips but the results are barely noticeable from my side profile. I also want a shorter philtrum because it is VERY long (2 cm) Would I benefit from a lip lift even though I already have big lips? Or should I try to balance my facial features by getting a chin augmentation or other fillers?

To accomplish a triangular appearance you would need the center part of your lip lifted. This is absolutely possible and if you like that look desirable.
Lip lift will show more of the upper lip, i do think your current fillers should be reversed and reassessed.
I would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics lip essentials kit). everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping. Best, Dr. Emer.
