I was thinking a lip lift but I am wondering if a nose lengthening procedure would be better? I am 23, and I am prone to dark prominent scars and keloids. My left and right sides of my face are very uneven and throwing me off on what I should do

Your face is very oval and you have asymmetry.  The least invasive technique would be a lip lift, which would correct the asymmetry of the lower corner and also decrease the length of your lip to nose distance.  You can also consider chin augmentation to make your chin more symmetrical.  The last alternative would be a rhinoplasty.  The lip lift can be done under local anesthesia.  The chin augmentation and rhinoplasty requires general anesthesia.

Hello madame, thank you for your question. Yes, lip lift is necessary, but your nose may drop a bit after lip lift surgery. Your nose may look a little wider because of this. Therefore, if you do a supported lip lift to your nose, you are likely to get a better result.
