I am 5 weeks PO after a breast augmentation (round silicone Mentors, one 325cc & one 350cc). I'm very thin and have very tight skin. At 3 weeks PO, my doctor had me begin implant "massage" (technically it's displacement--pushing in below the nipple, causing the implants to rise up and maintain the pocket). This caused me severe pain, nausea, & spasms. I was told to hold off, but I tried again today and the pain returned. What does this pain indicate and is it okay not to to this exercise at all?
