That product is not used in the United States so I have limited experience. I had one patient who had lots of injections that created tunneling from the pressure of sitting on the injected area. The fluid like substance attract all over her buttocks into her thighs and back area.

From my experience the product does not incorporate into tissues and creates fluid pockets that do not go away.

I recommend getting an ultrasound to assess where and how much of the product may be present especially where it currently is located.

Plastic surgeons may or may not be comfortable doing fat transfer with your history.
