8 weeks post 360 lipo and BBL I have pain my left buttock where the incision is when I sit. Do I have an infection?

most common problems after fat transfer are fat necrosis and infection. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

it is highly unlikely you have an infection eight weeks after a BBL. there's no way for us to give you any type of accurate assessment. This could be fat and the grosses, inflammation the unlikely possible an infection, Damage to surrounding tissue from the instruments, hematoma, seroma etc. etc.  You need to be seen by a plastic surgeon.
