I already have cheek implants. Is it possible to have juvederm or another filler on my cheek area to fill it more?

Dear Michel2015Getting injectables over existing implants can be done. It is reasonably safe. However, make sure the doctor injecting knows you have an implant and what material the implant is made of. Any injection in the area of an existing implant increases the risk of implant infection. Some implant material place you at higher risk of infection than others. I highly recommend you seek care from an experienced and properly trained surgeon.

It is possible to have injectable fillers placed in the cheek area after cheek implants are placed.  The implants are placed directly on top of the cheek bone and the fillers are placed at a different level within the tissue beneath the skin.  

I am sure you have for real CHEEKBONE implants, cheek implants do not exist. Avoid any facial fillers, they are risky in the mid long term.

Yes, absolutely you can have fillers after cheek implant surgery.  It is done frequently and without issues! 

Your implants will not interfere with additional cheek augmentation using fillers such as Voluma or your own fat. Permanent results can be achieved by changing the implant but that is a lot more work with additional risks.
