Question about follow-up visit after blepharoplasty in 2018 left me with horizontal pleat?

I had blepharoplasty both eyes Nov 2018. I now have a horizontal pleat on my right eyelid. When stitches were removed surgeon said "we can fix that with a stitch" Left eye looks great. I gave it a year to heal. In Jan 2020 I decided to follow up and then COViD arrived. I will see the surgeon in January. Can you give expectations for this conversation? Should I be prepared to pay for this correction? I'm in good health, no weight change since surgery and stay out of the sun. Thx!

I can not endorse you having more surgery with your original surgeon. The design of the upper eyelid crease makes not sense. The visible scar could likely be improved but it may not be possible to make it completely disappear. It is in a very bad location. You also have a very unsatisfactory...
