I just had Juvederm Voluma injected in my temple this morning. Before the injection my injector didn't show me the package of the fillers and I forgot to ask. After injection she disposed the syringe. I was never shown the package of the fillers I got. Should I be concerned?

Please go back to your injector and let them see. It is impossible to tell from the photo. If the bumps are from juvederm they should go away with massage and can also be removed with hyaluronidase.
I am assuming that you had the Juvéderm placed in your lips. If so, then not, I doubt that it is the cause of your perioral dermatitis. I would suggest that you let your injector know what is going on and he or she can contact Allergan.
