Would my surgery TT surgery cause brain fog, continuous dizziness and nauseous? Why do I now have these symptoms?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing. These symptoms are not common this far from a tummy tuck. Some may experience them immediately after surgery due to medications, anesthesia, and the stress from surgery but they usually resolve within a week or so. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.

Overgrowth of Candida or yeast can occur after surgery especially with antibiotic use.  Candida which mostly grows in the GI tract, can produce biotoxins including aldehyde and alcohol which can produce fatigue, muscle aches, mental clouding, dizziness, and nausea.  Most doctors are  not familiar with this condition which is treated with Nystatin oral solution, Core Pau de Arco, Mg Malic Acid, Molybdenum for memory loss, and sometimes systemic antifungals such as Diflucan.
