I had a full TT and lipo on 4-19, drains out on 4-26. Now that drains are out, I notice I have an indent or impression on my pubic area. What is this? It’s right under my incision line and in between where my drains were. 30 F, 5’5”, 170.

Answer: 10 days post op TT with lipo. What is this indentation? (photos) Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and irregularities are normal. This could also be scar tissue. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Good luck :)

Answer: Post- surgery Hello! From the pictures you shared, it is very difficult to see what indentation you are trying to show. The incision overall looks to be healing nicely, although continue to watch for keloiding of the site. Scar tissue can often form at the site of an incision, but this site looks very nice. Consult your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for any additional concerns regarding your outcome. Best of Luck!
