I am a small framed Asian girl. I'm 5'2 and 125 pounds. I'm afraid to get BBL due to not having enough body fat, thinking there wont be much of a difference. Do I need to gain weight for this procedure? I have very little muscle tone also. Am I a good candidate? And is the lipo for BBL always a body sculpting procedure also? Or is yh AXA t something different?
Answer: Body sculpting and BBL! Do I have enough body fat? (Photos) Thank you for your question. Based off your pictures you look like a great candidate. A Brazilian butt lift harvest fat from areas with the fat removed from the areas using your own fat it transfer to the buttocks and into the hips. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who is highly experience in Brazilian Butt Lifts.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Just_me123929292,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Body sculpting and BBL! Do I have enough body fat? (Photos) An exam would provide a better way to evaluate you for the procedure. I liposuction thin individuals frequently with significant results. I have performed the procedure on many thin patients and models, but this all depends upon where there is fat (abdomen, waist, thighs, back) and how capable the surgeon is at removing that fat. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Do I Have Enough Fat for a BBL? Thank you for your question and photos. As long as you are not looking for an extremely large result, I believe you are a very good candidate for liposuction of your torso and fat transfer to your butt. I don’t ever recommend gaining weight, unless you plan to stay at your larger size. If you plan to go back to your prior lifestyle, your will lose the additional weight and your fat cells will shrink- including the fat you put into your butt. Please have a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon to verify that you are a good candidate for this procedure.

Answer: Body sculpting and BBL! Do I have enough body fat? Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for a liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. You do not need to gain weight. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back and of course your buttock to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
