I had liposuction done a year ago and my doctor was great. I just want to see if there are other great options out there.
Answer: GOOD CANDIDATE FOR BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT SURGERY. Hello PerryDollAng, It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! Every patient is unique, and there’s no an ideal weight for a successful Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery. Many of my full-figured patients who desire flat abs and a fuller, beautifully rounded backside opt for BBL surgery, and get amazing results. Request an in-person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon to assess your candidacy for BBL based on your age, skin laxity, body shape, and health status, among other factors. During the initial consultation, he/she can help you decide if adding volume to your rear will be proportionately appropriate for your appearance and how much fat volume should be grafted. Have in mind that in states such as Florida and New York, the maximum liposuction aspirate that can be taken out are 4 and 5 Liters, respectively. When the lipoaspirate surpasses the 5 Liters, my patients get admitted overnight in the hospital. The maximum liposuction that one can be safely removed depends on the amount of lidocaine in the tumescent fluid (not more than 35mg/kg which is the gold standard of care) that can be infused to perform the procedure. Moreover, I also recommend obtaining a medical clearance from your primary care physician (or cardiologist for age >45) prior to your procedure. Safety is of utmost importance when undergoing large volume liposuction. After your liposuction procedure, I recommend implementing healthy eating habits and regular exercise to optimize your outcome. Best wishes! Dr. De La Cruz.

Answer: Plus size BBL: I’m in search of a doctor who is willing to do bbl on higher BMIs (over 35) hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your question it is difficult to evaluate your case without photos, my recommendation is a consultation in person with a certified plastic surgeon that sees you and evaluates what you need.

Answer: Plus size BBL: I’m in search of a doctor who is willing to do bbl on higher BMIs (over 35) Thank you for your question. Based off your information you need to loose some weight in order to be in a heathy BMI. The recommended BMI is less than 30 for heath and safety reason. A Brazilian butt lift harvest fat from areas with the fat removed from the areas using your own fat it transfer to the buttocks and into the hips. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who is highly experience in Brazilian Butt Lifts.

Answer: BBL Candidate Hi, Thank you for your question. It's hard to answer this question without any pictures. The ideal candidate for a BBL is someone with a BMI of 30 or around that. It's best you consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an evaluation and go over the results and any other possible options. Best of luck!
