Are there any surgeons in the US that perform large volume lipo and BBL reasonable prices? (Photos)

I understand your concerns. First, I would suggest you selecting a plastic surgeon you can trust. It’s important to choose your surgeon based on: education (training and certification), experience performing abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedures and buttocks augmentation with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL), and your comfort level with him/her. Depending on your particular situation, the prices of abdominoplasty and BBL may vary from $6,000 to $12,000, and $10,000 to $20,000 in the U.S, respectively. I would recommend you avoid simply choosing the lowest-priced procedure since cost could be an indicator of quality, and only an experienced and specially trained plastic surgeon can help diminish risk of post-operative complications. Cost factors for abdominoplasty and buttock enhancement procedures include: your surgeon’s expertise and experience, where you have your BBL surgery done (which country and city), the type of anesthesia or sedation that your surgeon uses, medications for your recovery, your specialized compression garments and any other material needed to help you heal properly. Many surgeons’ practices, mine included, offer payment plans or financing (through Care Credit or United Health Care, for instance) to help make both abdominoplasty and BBL surgery more affordable. Otherwise, discounts for paying the full amount up-front, in cash, are also available. With regards to large volume liposuction, certain states such as New York and Florida  are limited to 4-5 Liters of fat to be aspirated.  Large volume liposuction in my practice is limited to the amount of lidocaine in the tumescent solution that can be safely infused. I don’t go over 35mg/kg of lidocaine in the tumescent fluid which is gold standard.  Moreover, my patients are required to obtain a medical clearance (or cardiac clearance for patients older than 45 years of age or for those with a history of diabetes).  My protocol includes admission to the hospital after surgery.  A hospitalist and I would typically oversee your care after surgery while in the hospital. Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for full tummy tuck with intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves especially in your laterals and waist and Dominican Butt lift taking the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection.

Thank you for your question and your pictures, based on your pictures your a good candidate for a Liposuction and a Tummy Tuck. Areas to consider would be your back bra rolls and flanks. Removing the fat from the back bra rolls and waist alone can greatly improve your overall shape and enhance your curves. Once your waistline is more defined like an hourglass you will be able to see your buttock shape. It's hard to see your skin condition and elasticity their might be some skin retraction after the Liposuction on your abdominal area. I just don't know if it will be enough to keep you satisfied and not need a Tummy Tuck.  Its best to consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to get an examination to assess the areas and outcome. Best of luck.
