I really hate how wide my nose gets when I smile. It makes me reluctant to smile with my teeth. I've gotten a consultation before and was told that my nostrils are a good size for my nose. He said there was nothing he can do about the shape or size except make it bigger by adding a bridge. I don't want to make it bigger at all.. is there anything else I can do about it? Or am I just stuck with this huge nose forever?
