It is hard to tell you exactly what the cost of a surgery or mini lift will be without full understanding your goals and concerns.  It is more important to choose a surgeon that is going to take great care of you and provide the best results.  Here are some basics for pricing:The cost of a mini neck lift is dependent on a
few factors in my practice. They are:

1) Facility Fee
2) Anesthesia Fee
3) Surgeon’s Fee

I will talk about each of them.

The facility fee is cost paid to the location
where is surgery is performed. This covers all of the supplies, instruments,
and staff that will take care of you. This can be an outpatient surgery center
or hospital.

The anesthesia fee is the monies paid to cover
the cost of the medical person suppling the anesthesia and supplies.

The surgeon's fee is paid to your mini neck lift
surgeon. It covers all of your office visits before and after surgery and the
surgery. This fee will change based on the amount of work and difficultly of
the minilift. Revision surgery generally will be more expensive.

Generally speaking a mini neck lift can vary
from 7,500 to 9,500 dollars.

A mini lift with fat transfer for more volume would be a a good procedure for you.  Cost is typically in the $5-7k range. 

You may be a candidate for a mini lift with fat grafting. Costs in your geographic area may range between $6,000 to $12,000 for such a procedure. 

I understand your concern for the cost of a mini-lift. You also may be a candidate for it.What you need to focus more is on who can do a good job and in a safe fashion; instead of the cost. remember that it is your face.   Hi, there are many different versions and names for various facelift techniques, including mini lifts.  I actually like to call ours a minimally invasive, short incision facelift.  When comparing costs be certain that you compare what will or will not be accomplished with the facelift.  The goal should always be the creation of a naturally, more attractive face. Based upon the attached photo you are correct that the cheeks are quite flat anteriorly (in the front).  There is also evidence of deep nasolabial folds with excess fatty tissue along those fold, mores so on the left than the right.  There is evidence of jowls as well which is the primary indication for some type of a facelift.  The underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must be dissected, lifted, trimmed and re-sutured (not merely folded or suspended with threads or sutures that will not last).
