Hi so I'm about 135lb 34-28-39. I want to try this out to get a smaller waist. When I pull on my fat in this area only about an inch come out the side so not much but the gym and waist training is not enough. The smaller my waist the larger my behind will seem. I do work out regularly .... Thoughts!!? Would this be worth it for me?

Answer: Good candidate for Coolsculpting Based on your photo, you would be a good candidate for Coolsculpting with the SmoothPRO applicator on your abdomen. This works well on patients with small amounts of fat around the belly button. You may also be a candidate for around the waist, but it difficult to see with this photo being a frontal view. You would need to be evaluated to truly determine if you are good candidate for this treatment in that area. It would be worth seeing someone for a consultation first.

Answer: Coolsculpting for a smaller waist Your photo is very dark, but from what I can see you do look like a good candidate for Coolsulpting. If you have some circumferential fullness (sides, muffin top) that might give you a nice reduction. The results are not extreme, but reducing the muffin top area can make the tush look more shapely as it does with liposuction. Studies have shown that we humans are quite pleased with a smaller waist to larger hip ratio.Be sure you go to a very experienced practice for your treatments so they can choose your sites artistically and set appropriate expectations.Best of luck,
