I'm a lean, fit, 5'2" 110lbs with a stubborn area of pinchable fat just below my naval. I decided to have one Coolsculpt session dome on my lower abd (2 small applicators) just about 3 months ago. Since then, I've developed this indent above my naval where the applicator was applied. Although I've noticed some fat reduction, I now have this strange hollow in my stomach.

Answer: Indents in and around Coolsculpting areas Indents or dropoffs can occur around CoolSculpt treatment areas. There may be need for additional treatments to address this common occurrence. What we have found in our office is using the Zwave technology immediately after a CoolSculpt treatment minimizes the risk of these drop offs. If there is not enough pinchable fat to pull into an applicator, we then explore options with Thermi250 or VanquishME

Answer: Indent after Coolsculpting Sometimes an "indent" represents the edge between a treated and non-treated area and it may need to be blended. You should return to your Coolsculpting provider, explain your concerns and together come up with a plan. Best wishes.
