I am not aware of any specific interactions between Coolsculpting and Lupus, Fibromyalgia or Psoriatic Arthritis. There are some specific conditions you should make your physician aware of before undergoing coolsculpting. Among others, these include cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, neuropathic disorders such as post-herpetic neuralgia or diabetic neuropathy, known sensitivity to cold such as cold urticaria or Raynaud's disease, and impaired peripheral circulation in the area to be treated
