I am going to be traveling to receive a conservative lip-lift soon and am incredibly concerned about the scar leaving train-tracks as a previous scar revision on my face did leave that result from stitches. If I do have to get stitches and glue is not an option, would keeping the wound very moist with ointment constantly prevent the track scarring (I wasn't super great about moistening them for my prior scar revision, although I did apply it a few times a day)
