My top lip covers my top teeth so much that I really want to fix this. What can I do? (Photos)

I've been very self-conscious about my smile and it's getting worse everyday. When I smile or laugh, I can actually feel my top lip almost cover my top like a curtain and it just really doesn't look good. I try not to smile as much because I dislike it so much which I know is terrible to say. Do you have any recommendations on what I can do to help this problem or what some of my options are?
