I realize a bullhorn lip lift will not lift the corners, but can it be customised to focus primarily on the lateral section of the lip (outside the cupid bow) to slightly enlarge\change the shape of the vermilion border, while also shortening the philtrum? Some doctors seem to imply this can be done but at least one says it cannot so I am a little confused. Thank you.
