Can you transplant hair from my daughter's head to mine?

Hair  grafts can only be from the  same person or from identical twins.  It is a graft that will be rejected by your body's immune system.

You cannot transplant hair from your daughter to yourself.  There will be graft rejection despite being related. The only exception is between identical twins.

Transplanting hair from one person to another person is not possible as the recipient body will reject the transplanted hairs.  This was tried years ago and the microscopic analysis of the transplanted hairs proved that the hairs were attacked by the immune system.A hair transplant from identical twins has been performed in the past few years with good success as they have an almost identical genetic makeup.

NOHair transplantation procedures is similar to other organ transplant procedures for example like kidneys, heart and lung. You need a similar Match.Sorry - good question but it won't work. Maybe someday !
