Follow up with the Physician who transplanted you in order to rule out infection, It is also important to follow any post-op instruction such as taking the recommended antibiotics to avoid any infection. Best of luck.
For early stages of hair loss, PRP can help in the stimulation and growth of the damaged follicles. It is recommended your consult with a Hair Restoration Specialist to determine the benefits of PRP for you.
PRP is a safe and proven method in stimulation and growth of the newly transplanted follicle. As well as LLLT.
Thank you for the question. It is important to consult with a physician to determine what is causing your hair loss. I would first recommend going for a complete blood work up, which would help to eliminate any hair loss factors correlating with what could be a thyroid condition, hormone issues, etc. I would also recommend a Scalp Analysis with scope imaging to help determine the state of the present follicles, scalp condition, hair shafts, etc.. At this point it is key to maintain the hair you have now and slow down the loss process. I would ultimately recommend PRP and LLLT, which both have lose risk association. Until there is a better understanding as to why your hair loss was progressing so aggressively.
Thank you for the question. All 3 treatments that you have mentioned are something we offer here in my practice and can all be used in conjunction with each other proving excellent results. It is important at this point to maintain what you have, and to slow down the rate at which you are losing your hair. Medication may be key in that aspect. A combination of PRP and Neograft Hair transplant surgery may be the next step in restoring what you have lost, by encouraging new growth with PRP in the Crown area and following with a transplant procedure to rebuild your front hair line filling in your temporal area and so on.
