Am I at risk for a botched revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I have a collapsed nasal valve. Unfortunately I already received a septoplasty, Aug ‘24, because the surgeon didn’t believe a collapsed nasal valve was a real condition. The surgery didn’t help and only made the hook and side collapse of my nose worse. I went to a revision specialist through UCI and he told me to fix my nose the surgery needed will completely alter my nose and there’s no telling what it will look like after. He also said that because I have a nose piercing (healed) the nostril of that side may rise and make my nose uneven post surgery. Also because of my septoplasty he would need to take cartidge from my rib, but because of my age, the rib could warp and also cause unknown visual results. He said the only way to have any control over the outcome would be to add cosmetic surgery on top of the medical revision. This is really scary. Not only because of need to take rib, and possible complications, but I don’t want to pay 10k for aesthetics adds if the rib could warp and the hole from my nose piercing could cause deformities. I am getting two second opinions but I don’t know what to do. I can’t breath and need to surgery but this surgeon scared me and after my last surgery I don’t know who to trust. I already took my nose piecing out just in case so it has time to heal. I want to do this now because I lose my health care in April 2027 when I turn 26.
