Small rhinoplasty revision correction under local anesthesia vs silicone microdrolet to fix dip in nose? (Photos)

I developed a dip in the tip of my nose between My bridge and tip. My doctor offered to use silicon microdroplets but I am worried about delayed side affects. He also then offered a limited revision using local anesthesia and to take ear fascia or cartilage for graft 1. Which is riskier? A more invasive procedure or silicon ? 2. Am very scared about being awake during this!!! Says it takes 30 mins. I also heard taking from back of ear is super painful. Anyone have any of this experience The dip is pretty small but it’s noticeable and driving me nuts. It’s throwing the look off for the rest of my nose and overall I’m super pleased with my results
