Can I sky dive after having Breast Augmentation 3 years ago?

Question

So I had my BA almost 3 years ago. One of the things I want to do before I turn 30 is to go sky diving but a lot of people have told me I can’t because of my BA. Is this true? :(

It'll be absolutely fine for you to go sky diving 3 years after your breast augmentation surgery!
Your breast augmentation surgery should not be a contraindication for your desire to go sky diving if this is your wish!

It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! You can definitely do skydiving anytime you wish, since your breast augmentation was performed so long ago. There is nothing about breast augmentation that should prevent you from skydiving, diving, or going on rollercoasters.

There is no reason you cannot go sky diving three years after your breast augmentation.  In general strenuous activities can be resumed six weeks after surgery with normal healing.  Enjoy your adventure!

Unless you’re having problems with your implants, there shouldn’t be a reason why you couldn’t sky dive or do other extreme sports, especially at 3 years after your breast augmentation. If you have specific concerns, get in touch with your plastic surgeon to give you peace of mind. But generally speaking, women can do anything that they could before getting implants within a reasonable amount of time after their procedure. Have fun!

After 6 weeks, I usually lift all activity restrictions provided the postoperative healing course has been smooth.  With your breast augmentation being so long ago, you can do anything that you want do, but obviously keep it sensible!  Take the jump!  Cheers.

You can sky dive after BA. Just make sure that your straps are not directly on the implant; make sure they are secured on your inframammary crease and don't get raised up onto your breast proper. Have I seen breast implant ruptures after sky diving? Unfortunately I have !
