I Had A Breast Augmentation And My Right Nipple Split Open Twice Not Even 2 Weeks After Surgery it Split Open First Not Even A week after surgery I than were admitted back to the hospital underwent another surgery the doctor went back and closed it up. Not even 24hrs after he closed it my nipple split back open . What caused that and is that normal ? I heard the doctor didn't tighten the sutures tight enough

Having a tetanus shot should not adversely effect your outcome. Although we typically recommend as little unnecessary and elective medications or treatments immediately post. The risk of tetanus in a patient who needs the immunization outlays the risks in this case.

Thank you for your question and photographs. My strong advice is to wait a full 4-6 months before considering the result of your breast augmentation. Implants do take time to drop and swelling to resolve. Best of luck.
