Is it normal for a nipple to split open twice not even 2 weeks after a breast augmentation?

I am so sorry you have has such a difficult time. An incision opening in breast augmentation is fairly rare. I highly doubt that the surgeon would fail to close the wound appropriately twice. This makes one worry that the volume of the implant for the pocket may be too great, nutrition is not ideal, and hopefully that you are not smoking. Close contact with your surgeon is going to be even more crucial. Heed your surgeons advice, and let them guide you through your best alternatives.
