Is using spherocell fill and Morpheus 8 safe to get rid of orange peel skin and tighten skin in the buttocks after implants?

I had my first butt implants surgery in 2012 but it was place above the muscle so it shifted then i did the correction surgery with Dr Stanton in 2018. I love the results very much….However, due to the technique used in the first surgery (fat injection over implant) I have an orange peel look (extreme cellulite) and implant position caused saggy skin! I do not want to go through more surgery is using Morpheus 8 for skin tightening and spherocell fill for cellulite safe with the implant?
