Is using spherocell fill and Morpheus 8 safe to get rid of orange peel skin and tighten skin in the buttocks after implants?

Cellulite treatment are notoriously difficult, and under perform.
Radio, frequency, treatments and fillers do not give quality results. The best treatments are generally based on Subsicion with adding fillers or small amounts of fat grafting.
Aveli appears to be the best treatment available to date. especially if done with appropriate fat grafting as part of the procedure.
I suggest talking to your plastic surgeon about concerns regarding the implants and the appropriateness of cellulite treatment.
Patience should have realistic expectations when it comes to cellulite treatment because such few treatments actually deliver quality results.
