5'7, 138lbs, would I get good results from butt implants? (Photos)

Thanks for posting your pictures and your goal pictures. Butt implant are your only option to achieve your butt size goal. BBL disappears after few months or even sooner. I am a board certified plastic surgeon and have been in practice for over 35 years. I have performed butt implants surgery on well over 800 patients and about 300 of them had BBL before having butt implants surgery with me. Obviously, the fat disappeared. Think about it this way. If large amount of fat injection was consistent and reliable , most women would have used it for breasts augmentation over breasts implants, however the reality is that breasts implants are the number one cosmetic surgery in the US...
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who perform large numbers of butt implants in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with one incision between the cheeks.

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for butt implants with fat transfer or a skinny BBL. A BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with Butt Implants and BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Based on your photos and description, I would steer you towards buttock implants. If you only have 10 pounds extra, a bbl would not give you the results you have pictured as your goal, it would only be possible to get half way to that goal booty with that amount of fat. With that being said, You would need 4 weeks of light duty to properly heal. The incision would be located in the crack of your buttocks so that if you don’t have your cheeks spread, no one would be able to see the incision.
