Considering larger butt implants - What can I do to prevent them from showing when I bend over? (photos)

Had butt implants place in between butt muscle 375cc Im worry i can still see the implants when im bent over and other positions. How can i improve my results for my 2nd Procedure because i want to go bigger Do i need oval shape implant? Under the muscle?

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

It appears as though you have the classic “gumdrop” deformity associated with round buttock implants, especially present when bending over. Indeed, switching to oval shaped implants, such a Stanton Anatomic®️ buttock implants, will eliminate, or at least minimizes this problem in most patients.  Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons are familiar with placing Stanton Anatomic®️ implants so you may have to travel far and away from home to seek consultation with such a individual plastic surgeon. You could choose to have larger buttock implants placed under the muscle. Or you could choose to have a bbl on top of your current implants. With a bbl, we liposuction abdomen, back, and flanks and transfer the fat to the buttocks. Some patients even opt for larger implants under the muscle and BBL. Based on the nicely posted photos I recommend to try lipo of body to get the hour-glass effect with sud dermal fat grafting of the complete buttock or a reshaping BBL. Fee $6,000. William plants are associated with fairly high complication and failure rates. This includes patient dissatisfaction from situations like you described. Quality results seem to be associated with intramuscular placement of implants that properly fit within the gluteus muscle. Larger implants, have a higher complication rate and are more likely to create more contour issues.
Patient to require revision surgery, often end up with poor results. Once a pocket has been formed for the implant, it’s difficult to change the position of the implants.
Increasing the size of the implant will most likely make your problem worse.
I generally recommend patients avoid gluteal implants, but for those who want to move forward, it is important to find one of the few plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively in this procedure.
Most plastic surgeons in the United States, do not offer gluteal implants. There’s a reason for this.
