Had butt implants place in between butt muscle 375cc Im worry i can still see the implants when im bent over and other positions. How can i improve my results for my 2nd Procedure because i want to go bigger Do i need oval shape implant? Under the muscle?

Answer: Gluteal implants William plants are associated with fairly high complication and failure rates. This includes patient dissatisfaction from situations like you described. Quality results seem to be associated with intramuscular placement of implants that properly fit within the gluteus muscle. Larger implants, have a higher complication rate and are more likely to create more contour issues. Patient to require revision surgery, often end up with poor results. Once a pocket has been formed for the implant, it’s difficult to change the position of the implants. Increasing the size of the implant will most likely make your problem worse. I generally recommend patients avoid gluteal implants, but for those who want to move forward, it is important to find one of the few plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively in this procedure.
