Had butt implants place in between butt muscle 375cc Im worry i can still see the implants when im bent over and other positions. How can i improve my results for my 2nd Procedure because i want to go bigger Do i need oval shape implant? Under the muscle?

Answer: Bigger Booty You could choose to have larger buttock implants placed under the muscle. Or you could choose to have a bbl on top of your current implants. With a bbl, we liposuction abdomen, back, and flanks and transfer the fat to the buttocks. Some patients even opt for larger implants under the muscle and BBL. Answer: Gluteal implants William plants are associated with fairly high complication and failure rates. This includes patient dissatisfaction from situations like you described. Quality results seem to be associated with intramuscular placement of implants that properly fit within the gluteus muscle. Larger implants, have a higher complication rate and are more likely to create more contour issues.
