However, i have placed buttock implant in patients with your similar concern/complaint and they have actually had mostly positive outcomes. I’ll skip the technical details but gluteal implants or if anything going to cause pain have a chance I’m serious complications and is even for aesthetic purposes, a fairly undesirable operation that most plastic surgeons in the United States do not offer.
Try working with orthotics specialist to have a custom pillow, made or some other alternative.
