Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos and relatively limited information. It would be nice to also have copies of your operative report and medical records. Wound healing problems/complications can and do happen with any type of surgery, and most commonly of the incision area. However a wound that develops over the center of the buttock cheek with then exposure of the implant is extremely rare. This typically only happens if the implant was placed on top of the muscle, instead of much more appropriately within the muscle (ie intramuscular pocket). Usually, the best course of action is to remove your implants, wait ~ 6 months for all wounds to fully heal, then replace new implants into the intramuscular pocket. Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon.
