The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Thank you for your question regarding whether these are realistic expectations for your breast reduction/lift. The short answer is yes. I think these are realistic expectations for your breast reduction. Your breast reduction would require an anchor lift. This would be an incision around the areola down the front and in front of each breast. This would reduce the areola and overall breast volume. Breast reduction patients are generally the happiest plastic surgery patients of all procedures. Therefore I highly encourage a breast reduction based on your pictures. Based on your photos, your breast reduction procedure may be covered by insurance. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon.
