I am 31 years old and my breasts have pretty much always been this way - they developed early and too fast. I inserted a result I liked from this website and want to know if I can expect something similar? I am not having implants.
Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction Yes! I think that your goals are very realistic and that you will be very happy after your reduction. The way you heal is very different for each individual.

Answer: Breast Reduction/Lift Expectations Thank you for your question regarding whether these are realistic expectations for your breast reduction/lift. The short answer is yes. I think these are realistic expectations for your breast reduction. Your breast reduction would require an anchor lift. This would be an incision around the areola down the front and in front of each breast. This would reduce the areola and overall breast volume. Breast reduction patients are generally the happiest plastic surgery patients of all procedures. Therefore I highly encourage a breast reduction based on your pictures. Based on your photos, your breast reduction procedure may be covered by insurance. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon. If you have any more questions regarding the breast lift or mastopexy, capsular contracture, or breast implants in general, please contact my office. Since your breast surgery is somewhat complex for an average plastic surgeon, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing these types of breast lifts. Do your research. Make sure your chosen plastic surgeon has performed at least 100 breast lifts. Make sure they have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. Good luck! Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Breast reduction Thanks for your question! I do think you can get a great result with a breast reduction although I'm not sure, without seeing you in person, exactly what a realistic expectation would be. Please consult with a qualified plastic surgeon in your area for optimal results. Good luck!

Answer: Are these realistic expectations for my breast reduction/lift? Hello @vortex9, thank you for your question. Yes. Is also vital to communicate clearly with the surgeon about the expectations you have regarding said procedure from the beginning in your consult. In terms of breast reduction surgery, you want the breast to appear in harmony with the rest of the body and to be shaped aesthetically. The best aesthetics result for me is a breast that has an adequate shape and proportion, that the projection is slightly conical, that has a slight descent in the upper part so that it looks esthetically adequate. I link a video about this subject. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.

Answer: Are these realistic expectations for my breast reduction/lift? Hi, Thank you for the question. Based on your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for breast reduction surgery. During breast reduction surgery, excess breast tissue is removed, the breast is lifted and nipple/areola is typically made smaller. It is easiest to think of breast reduction as including the breast lift. Schnur Sliding Scale is a scale used by many insurance companies as a guideline for how much breast tissue should be removed in order to improve your physical symptoms. In addition, most insurances in order to approve the surgery, will require for 2-3 letters of medical necessity (from your chiropractor, primary doctor, OBGYN, Dermatologist, etc) demonstrating that your physical symptoms due to large breasts are not improving with conservative management. The goal of breast reduction surgery it to make the breasts smaller and lifted, but also proportionate with the rest of your body. I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Breast Reduction surgeries to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. I hope this helps.Best regards, Dr. Karanetz Dr. Irena KaranetzBreast Fellowship-TrainedBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon
