I had my surgery on 3/7. Necrosis set in and I had burn like wounds on my breast. The left was far worst and I almos lost my nipple. The wound on the outside took so long to heal that a second surgery was done. Fat necrosis was in the breast and very firm. Now my left breast is larger then the right. In the right the side is still very tender and I can’t bring my arms together in front because it’s feels funny and can’t lie on my sides. Could my experience been prevented and will I need revision
