original rhinoseptoplasty- late 2018. mostly happy with the result but I requested a minor revision op to reduce extra cartilage on one side and make the tip more pointed. Revision op performed early 2020. It's been almost 2 years + regular steroid injections to reduce swelling and no luck. My nose is now much more bulbous than before. What should i do? keep trying steroid injections or have a 3rd rhinoplasty? (4th nose op including initial septoplasty in 2013). Thanks
