The reason for your facial shape change is probably due to being overweight. When the weight is lost your face should go back to its original shape.     

You have a round face from what I can tell from the limited facial view in the attached photo.  Women look best wit a heart-shaped face that's achieved with an ideal shape to the cheeks.  This shape can change with weight loss or gain as well as aging that causes a shift in the facial tissue layers.  You might want to consult with plastic and cosmetic surgeons that are experienced in facial shaping.  I have written a book on the subject of face and body beauty aesthetics that describes facial shapes and the ideal facial features.  Dermal fillers (I prefer Perlane) in the right amount and in the proper area can re-shape the cheeks to achieve the desired soft, and more naturally attractive face.  Hope this helps.
