The more idealized the shape you want, the more tissue needs to be removed and/or the larger the implant is required. Don't let unscrupulous surgeons tell you otherwise. Bigger, high profile implants placed over the muscle will not give you what you want.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast lift + implants. This is the best way for you to achieve the look in your wish photos. The other techniques that you mentioned are not ideal for you, in my opinion. I hope this helps.

Breast augmentation or fat grafting with implant on the sagging chest will help improve the deflated bust, but it will not improve the saggy shape. You have to get a mastopexy (breast lift) to get a good shape. But in this case, you cannot avoid the scar. However, I would recommend periareolar augmentation mastopexy as a relatively low-scar method. As a method of breast augmentation with implants and periareolar mastopexy, lifting scars remain only around the circumference of the areola. Reduction is not helpful in solving the problem at all.

Unfortunately, simply adding volume would not achieve your goals. To attain the look in your "wish" photos would require a breast lift in addition to implants.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  It appears that you would most benefit from implant placement and a lift.  The implant will help restore lost breast volume and shape after pregnancy and weight loss, while the lift will remove excess skin and allow for resizing and repositioning of your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.  Hope this helps
