Can fixing hanging columella also correct fallen tip? (Photos)
I had rhinoplasty in november 2024. It was technically a revision, but the first rhinoplasty was in 2002. I told the doctor i was unhappy with the result (my main concerns were too much nostril show and a kind if 'beaky' appearance. The doctor has said a half hour inoffice procedure under local anaesthetic is enough to fix my concerns, which will inclue lifting the tip with ear cartillage. Will that be enough to make this nose more feminine? I had a strong, big nose my whole life, so im sad im still left with something i still dont like. I think theres still too much nostril show and feel like it needs deprojecting as well as the tip lifting...
