5 years post rhinoplasty - what is the least invasive option to fix nostril asymmetry? (Photos)
I had a primary rhinoplasty 5 years ago and since then my nostrils have been asymmetrical. One nostril is more rounded and the alar rim sits lower while the other nostril is more triangle/oval shaped and slimmer and the alar rim is higher and more retracted looking. I do not want to change the entire appearance of my nose just improve the nostril asymmetry which looks very obvious in person especially from the three-quarter view. I often wear sunglasses (even indoors) to try to hide the asymmetry and keep my head angled down when talking to people so that they cannot see my notrils. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. However, I would prefer a minimally invasive option that will not greatly change the shape of my nose overall. The pictures may not show the dramatic difference between the nostrils because I do not want to show my face.
