Pointy Tip and Uneven Nostrils - should I have a revision? (Photo)

About a year ago I had a nose surgery, and having a natural result was very important to me. Right now, though, it feels like there’s a ball-like cartilage on my nasal tip. Depending on the lighting, especially when I’m outside and the sun hits. it really bothers me. My tip looks too pointy to me, and when I look at my nose from the front and from below, it doesn’t look natural. Also, my nostrils used to be even, but now they aren’t. What do you think I do? Am I overthinking this?
