Is it possible to get a boxy tip back and add a bump for a more aqualine-looking nose? (Photos)
I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago and feel that my nose has become too small and does not fit my facial features. It is both narrow and too deprojected. The plan was to get a straight nose, not a curved one. I didn't have a width problem with my original nose and we didn't discuss narrowing it down. It is now very pinched and pointy. The dorsal area is also too receded now. Is it possible to get my rectangular base back with a similar cleft? Is it possible to increase the width of the columella slightly? Is it also possible to get a slight hump back? I would love a subtle aqualine curve across the bridge and a small bump below the radix. Note: I don't want the tip to be deprojected, it is already flat on my face as it is. Another concern I have is the contour around the bridge which is too harsh. How can this be smoothed out? How doable/complex is this? Would it have a natural-looking outcome?
